Protocol measures against COVID-19

Maribel Apartments" is working with private advisory service to give an immediate response to all the measures and recommendations issued by the entities "ASHOME", "CEHAT" and "ICTE". We are adhering to the health ministry regulations in order to ensure the continued reduction of the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus in hotels and tourist apartments.

Our priority is to offer our clients the safest possible stay, offering them a safe environment.

All our staff will have the necessary information about the protocols to follow, which will guarantee the utmost security for our clients.

We also have a specific plan of measures for each area:

GENERAL MEASURES THROUGHOUT THE PREMISES

• The use of the mask will be mandatory throughout the premises.
• The capacity of people will be limited to guarantee the social distancing required at all times.
• Disinfecting gel will be placed at strategic points.
• Information posters will be on display throughout the premises.
• Our staff will have been fully trained to inform you at all times of the measures and restrictions that are in force.
• Extra cleaning will be carried out for the common areas to a high standard of disinfection.

MEASURES IN THE RECEPTION AREA

• At all times, the capacity of people will be limited in accordance with the current regulations.
• Frequent cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces which have the potential for spreading the virus will be carried out.
• The staff will have been instructed and trained on how to attend to the client properly and safely, in order to offer them maximum peace of mind.
• Protective screens have been installed.
• Sanitizing gel will be available.
• All non-essential brochures and utensils will have been removed according to the regulations.
• All the materials and equipment to be provided for the client will have been previously disinfected.

MEASURES IN THE APARTMENTS

• After cleaning the apartment, it will be completely disinfected using a specialized misting system designed for this purpose.
• After the complete disinfection of surfaces including furniture, curtains and bedding has been carried out, the apartment will then be ready for the client to check-in.
• All our staff will make every possible effort to avoid entering the apartment, at any time.
• The changes of towels and sheets will be managed at reception; the cleaning staff will not go inside the accommodation in order to avoid the possible spread of the virus.

MEASURES IN AND AROUND THE POOL

• The quantity of sun-loungers and the capacity around the pool will be reduced to respect the required safety distance, in accordance with the current health regulations.
• The sun-loungers will be disinfected before and after each use.
• All the pool furniture has been relocated according to the required spacing.
• A more frequent control of the condition of the water will be carried out.

MEASURES IN THE RESTAURANT

• Disinfecting gel will be placed at strategic points.
• There will be a reduction of capacity both indoors and outdoors, in compliance with current regulations at all times.
• Distance between the tables to ensure the minimum required distance is adhered to.
• Cleaning and disinfection will be reinforced both in the dining room, on the terrace and in the bathrooms.
• Self-service from machines will be replaced by waiter service.
• Commonly used items such as salt, pepper, etc. will be available upon request and brought by the waiter.
• The traditional card or paper menus has been replaced by a QR code.
